Cancellation and Refund Policy for Hyphn Studios LLP

Cancellation of Services
A. Client Initiated Cancellations: Clients may cancel services at any time by providing written notice to The Hyphn. The cancellation will be effective upon receipt of the notice.
B. Company Initiated Cancellations: The Hyphn reserves the right to cancel services at any time for reasons including, but not limited to, non-payment, violation of terms, or project scope changes.
Refund Policy
Design Revisions and Rejections

Design Revisions: Clients are entitled to a certain number of design revisions, as specified in their agreement with The Hyphn. Additional revisions may be subject to additional fees as mentioned in the aforementioned document.

Design Rejections: If a client rejects the delivered design and chooses not to proceed with the project, they may not be eligible for a refund, and The Hyphn retains ownership of the work completed up to that point.
Acts Beyond Control
The Hyphn shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under this policy if such failure or delay is due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of war, natural disasters, or other force majeure events.
